The Aina Nalu exceeded our expectations. We rented a studio for the weekend and we were upgraded to a one bedroom to our surprise! The pools were clean, nice, and had stylish and comfortable pool chairs and cabanas in the pool area. The one bedroom apartment looked brand new and even had a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer! Do not reserve a garden studio. The bed is arranged sideways to make the room look larger. Bottom line if two people are using the bed the person sleeping next to the wall must always climb over the other person. The one-bedroom rooms are spacious and have many amenities. ...read more

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was very nice. Clean and newly remodeled. The new pool area was wonderful. Walking distance to Lahaina shops. Not on the beach, but the pool (although not very large) was very nice - like out of Style Magazine with Tiki torches lit up at night. ...read more

The grounds are just beautiful. Very cozy hotel as far as size. The room that we had was beautiful and would recommend this hotel. The front desk person was very nice and helpful.

Good location, but the rooms could use some updating. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable and the air conditioning wouldn't work properly. There were also some amenities that should be included but cost extra such as parking and coffee. ...read more

The employees were nice, but my sheets were dirty. Housekeeping came everyday but they must not change everything. I am neither disappointed nor excited. However the area is very personal and the people are friendly. I do not consider myself an avid hotel roomy. Not a bad value though if you only sleep there. ...read more

I was disappointed in the room. We requested an iron and they brought it to us, then later the same day came into the room and removed it. The next day the same happened with a hair-dryer. I would not recommend this hotel and was disappointed in what we received for the money. ...read more

It is a little older, but it was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. It is within walking distance from beach, dining, shopping. The pool is very nice and located in center of hotel. They also have a person on staff full time to help with activities like snorkeling, diving, golf, whale watching etc. He was great! ...read more
